1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the IguanaCart app and its features—including shopping lists, user‑generated recipes, and the Extra subscription—you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

  • Create and share collaborative shopping lists
  • Create and share personal recipes
  • Access premium features through IguanaCart Extra

3. User Accounts

Accounts are authenticated via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User‑Generated Content ("Recipes")

4.1 Ownership

You retain rights to any recipe you create. By posting or sharing a recipe, you grant IguanaCart a license to host, store, and display the recipe within the app.

4.2 Visibility Levels

  • Private: Viewable only by you.
  • Shared: Accessible to anyone with your direct link.
  • Public: Viewable by all users, published with your permission and admin approval.

4.3 Moderation

IguanaCart reserves the right to feature or remove any recipe that violates content standards or community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal, abusive, or defamatory material
  • Copyrighted content without permission
  • Malicious or harmful code uploads

6. Payments (IguanaCart Extra)

Premium subscriptions are managed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless you cancel. Refunds follow applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users violating these Terms or abusing the recipe/publication features.

8. Intellectual Property

All non‑user content (icons, UI, code) remains property of IguanaCart. We grant you a limited, personal license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

IguanaCart is not liable for any loss or leak caused by users sharing private or shared recipe links publicly. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated as our services evolve (e.g., new recipe visibility types). Continuing to use IguanaCart after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
